2018 Welcome Letter for new subscribers to GOC mailing list
Hi, my name is Irene and I am the Communications Coordinator for the Gathering of Circles. I do my best to keep up with the emails and other communication for the Gathering of Circles event.
I wanted to take a moment to say “Hello” and welcome you to the GOC family. Below is a message from our organizer Cliff WinterFox Buchanan. Again, let me say “Welcome”!

On behalf of the entire Gathering of Circles team I want you to know that we are truly excited and grateful you decided to join us.
Here’s what you can expect from us…
We send out updates about the annual Gathering of Circles throughout the year as well as information about planning meetings, theme development and more. As the gathering approaches we will send out a call for proposal to present a session or training on the mountain along with a link to the website and form to complete. We will also send out reminders to RSVP and let us know if you will be joining us on the mountain as this helps in the planning of the event. We will also send out a link where you can preorder your t-shirts for the event. We may also send out requests from time to time such as a call to volunteer, serve as a coordinator and possibly others.
We also send out emails that keep you informed about special events such as Vision Quest, past honored guest updates and information about related events around the country.
