Meeting Notice
March 16, 2002
Dear
Hearts,
The
Planning Meeting for the Eighth Gathering of Circles event will be on March 16,
2002 at the home of Cathy and Jerry Bails
in Abilene, Texas. Thank you Cathy and the Abilene people for hosting us! The
address and map is on the last page. Please notify me, Cliff Buchanan, if you
plan to attend. Business meeting will start promptly at 2:00 pm and finish by
5:00 pm.

contact me if you feel drawn to accept one of these positions. Detailed job
descriptions are posted on the web site. Please volunteer before the
planning meeting.
Directions:
From I-20 on
northeast side of Abilene take exit # 688 (Albany Hwy 351). Head north toward
Albany. Turn left on #2833 East Lake Rd. (Ft Phantom Lake) (turn is 1/2 mile
after light). Follow East Lake Road for 10 miles. Turn left on Poverty Pt.
Circle, bear left for .6 miles to #50 Poverty Pt. Circle (Blue mailbox) One
story off-white house with separate garage/office.
