The Farm is located on I-20 at mile marker 258.  The entrance to the farm is on the South access road approx 1/2 mile west of White Flat Road (the entrance will be well marked).  The house is located at the end of a one mile road.  There is camping available in a field east of the house or on the ridge behind the house.  Water is available at the house.  Port-o-potties will be available.  Please bring a camp stove as we do not allow camp fires.  Dogs must be leashed at all times to save the lives of our chickens.

**We ask that that when you arrive on Friday evening, you plan on staying on the farm until the conclusion of the weekend. This serves to hold sacred space for the community**

Registration: Please pre-register with Cliff Buchanan, 1404 Castle Road, Odessa TX 79762, 432-550-3302

WinterFox@GatheringOfCircles.com. Or with Cyndi Hughs PO Box 86, Trent TX 79561, 325-862-6378

Cyndi@CedarRidgeFarm.net. We need to know if you are planning to come so we can order the proper number of Port-a-potties!! We can also answer any questions you may have. Or register online here:  http://www.gatheringofcircles.com/register_attendance.htm

Cost: We depend on donations to pay our out of pocket costs like postage, flyers, port-a-potties and workshop materials. No monies go to any individual in the form of payment for any activity.  We do not want finances to prevent anyone from attending; therefore, there is no fee.  However, any donation you can comfortably make is appreciated.

**We have built a second, larger, Sweat lodge to accommodate this event and are requesting that people bring old blankets to donate as covering for this sacred space.

**Also, since we are not allowing individual campsite fires, we will be keeping a continual fire burning for people to gather around in the Ceremonial area. Any wood you could bring to support this effort would be appreciated!

Camping: Camping is available in the field East of the house or on the ridge behind the house. You are responsible for your own meals and camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, rain gear, food, etc. ) Please bring a camp stove as we do not allow campfires.  If you do not have one, people that do are generally willing to share. Port-a-potties will be available. Water is available at the house.

**Honor and respect the land and natural life on it as a part of our family. Treat it as you would like to be treated. Do not bring alcohol or drugs. Dogs must be leashed at all times to save the lives of our chickens.

Radios will not be allowed except with earphones.

Sweat Lodge attire:  Lodge attire for women includes shorts and a tee-shirt or a loose dress.  Attire for men would include a bathing suit or shorts and a tee-shirt, if desired.  You may want to bring a towel to take in the lodge.

Give-a-way: Bring a gift wrapped in a paper bag for the **give-a-way.**   In keeping with the “ancestral theme” of the weekend, this should be something that you are able to pass on that is symbolic of or representative of your ancestral heritage. The size or monetary value of this item is irrelevant but the more significant to you the better. Listen to the ancestors in your heart in deciding what to *give-a-way* at this time.

a 60 foot Medicine Wheel
