DON'T FORGET plenty of drinking water.
As
of 4-12-03 there was still no " fire ban" so if you travel in a
pick-up please bring a few sticks of wood for burning. Each
person should bring two fist-sized
rocks for the Fire Ring ceremony.
Also
inportant; bring your own hair brush and a blanket if you want to
participate in the Naming ceremony.
Sunday
morning is the "Give-A-Way"

Life lessons this year will be from "Wolf" and Cheryl Helmers

speaks for Wolf ". There will
also be teachers of beading, traditional
fan construction, dream catchers, and "God's Eye " mandela's
plus lots of sand stories and ceremonies .
Plenty of "Down-time" for hikes,

with all the activities offered SOME
decision making skills are necessary.
So pack up, grab up a good
friend and take a bus, plane, burro
or vehicle and join all of us. I will be at the camp site location in Balmorhea

Gathering Of Circles, August 07-10, Cloudcroft, New Mexico
The Gathering of Circles was born out of an idea. An idea shared by three men, Patrick McNulty, Dan Leonard, and Bobby Ashworth, having coffee one day. "Wouldn’t it be nice if people from all the various circles got together for a camp out and we all could just celebrate knowing each other. "Yeah, and we could share our talents and our knowledge and could practice our workshop presentations on each other and wouldn’t that be a great gift." So that is how the GOC began. We just did it!

We happily invite you to the next Eagle Lodge sweat,
Saturday, Apr. 12th. It will be great to see you again! It can be helpful (and
more comfortable) to wear old T-shirts and shorts or muu-muu's during the sweat,
then change into some dry clothes afterwards. You are welcome to change clothes
and use the bathroom in the house. Please arrive about 5:00 PM. (Medicine Eagle
begins promptly). A pot luck will follow the sweat. (Bring food to share). All
offerings go to Medicine Eagle. If you need directions click on this map URL:
