As we move into the millenium we are reminded of our all too real "real world." We are currently engaged in world conflict. Teenagers are shooting and killing classmates in schools all over the country. Human oppression is still rampant worldwide such as the Chinese/Tibet situation. Mother nature and her power has once again been suffered in Oklahoma City and Wichita recently. It seems that for many of us personally that our lives have been turned upside down, literally. I have heard from many and felt myself: "This is not the way it was supposed to be." Or "I would never have believed I would be in this situation." The life rules we learned growing up are not working anymore. We must find a new and better way of being. For the last five years we who have attended the "Gathering of Circles" have reported a feeling of community, a feeling of renewal, a true feeling of family that is missing from our daily lives. Perhaps if you have not attended, this is the year for you, and perhaps if you have, its time to experience that feeling again. We have a wonderful magnificent agenda of activities and events for you to participate in. We have pipe ceremonies, purification lodges, workshops, give-a-ways, and a world renown speaker for the event. Come and join us! Cliff Buchanan.
